PAYMENT POLICY
Credit and debit cards PayPal and Afterpay are currently the only forms of payment accepted for online purchases on the website. ( Bank deposits can also be made after checkout completed)
You will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed, and at the end of the payment process you will be presented with a confirmation screen containing your receipt number. This page can be printed for your reference. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number as soon as your order has been finalised.
If your chosen credit card is declined by your bank, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the products, and will contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
By inserting your credit card details you authorize them to deduct the order amount from your chosen credit card. Once the items on your order are in stock and are ready for dispatch, one of our customer service representative will be contacting you to arrange a delivery suited to your needs.
We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the Order and contact you to inform you that your Order will not be processed. We may process this Order or further Orders if you make a payment
Credit Card transactions will appear as "BlueBelles Bunny Bakery Ltd " on the card holder's statement.
Our online payment system at www.Bluebellesbunnybakery .co.nz is completely safe. Payments are processed through a secure payment system. After placing an order your credit card details will be processed through the secure online payment gateway.

Within Aotearoa - New Zealand
*Flat rate of $5.95 store wide using NZ Post tracked courier or if rural using Pass the Parcel / Poste Haste tracked courier (*as of July 2023)
As BlueBelle’s treats are made to order please allow 1-2 weeks from payment for your item to be shipped. If you need something in a hurry please contact me before placing your order
NZ Shipping time: 1-3 working days depending on area. Usually the parcel delivers overnight as they are overnight shipping labels.
Within NZ, we offer options such as Signature Required at a different cost. If you do not request Signature Required, please be aware that you have authorised the courier to leave the parcel in your letterbox at your own risk.
Non-NZ buyers: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
